The Life of Mr. Ronnie “Baby Jack” Singleton
Mr. Ronnie Singleton who was also called “Baby Jack” by family and friends transitioned to his heavenly home on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022, at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Ronnie Singleton was born April 01, 1972, to the late Betty Jean Singleton and Gerald C. Holloway. He was a graduate of Vidalia High School, where he enjoyed the game of basketball. He enjoyed watching his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, on television. He also loved being around his family. He had an unforgettable smile and laughter. He was full of love and made everybody feel loved and happy that was around him. He also had a love and passion for clothes and jewelry. Also, his shoes had to be top of the line. During his journey here on earth, he took time to have a walk with God. He was a member of Harvest Time Faith Center Church in Vidalia, Georgia, where he attended faithfully until his passing.
Mr. Singleton is preceded in death by his parents, Betty Jean Singleton and Gerald C. Holloway; grandparents, Mose and Gather Kellem Singleton, Ola Mae Holloway; aunts, Lourine S. Wooden, Katherine Butler, Josie Mae Jackson, Charlie Mae Holloway, and Norma Singleton; uncles, James Mose, Paul, Leroy, Eugene, Walter, and Willie Singleton.
He leaves to cherish his memories; a son, Shanqilla Baker of Vidalia, GA; two sisters, Veronica Singleton and Jamillah Murphy both of Vidalia, GA; one brother, Jermonte Murphy of Vidalia, GA; a devoted niece, Au’shante Sherman; a devoted nephew, Jah’man Jeffrey; aunts, Ruby S. Williams, Lorene P. Singleton, Linda Phillips, Ola Mae McClain, Lynthia J. West, Brenda H. McRae, Marilyn Easterling, Carolyn Holloway, and Melody Holloway; uncles, Eddie Lee Singleton, Leroy Smith, Lester Williams, and Clarence Johnson Jr.; adopted uncle, Pastor Theron Bell Sr.; extended sister, Janae Stokes; extended brothers, Anthony Phillips, Leroy Singleton, Cecil Williams, Gregory Singleton, Little John Deer, Cornelius Jones (Nino), Willie Rogers, and Michael Johnson; a special cousin/brother, Rodney Smith (Spot). Also, his special set of spiritual parents, Pastor Tina Hill (Bernard). Also, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
